Kendall Dice is a freelance designer and art director in West Michigan. Previously, she worked as a designer at Carousel in San Diego, California.
My goal is to bring a bright, easygoing disposition to any team and a collaborative, “anything’s possible” mindset to every project. I love to keep up with music, art, sport, and fashion. My expertise is in branding, art direction, graphic design, and project management.

Carousel
2022 – 2023
As a designer at Carousel, I worked cross-functionally on a small, talented, and progressive team. Leading design efforts across all creative, branding, experiential, and content development, I collaborated with creative directors to help ideate campaign messaging and key visuals, assist in production planning, and prepare presentations for clients. I worked closely with the in-house team of editors to bring designs to life in motion and video. I learned the importance of taking initiative and working independently to achieve goals.
Clients include: Meta, Snapchat, New Balance, Sony, Deer Valley, and the Alex Morgan Foundation
Highland Group
2017 – 2022
I began my career at Highland Group as a project manager, where I helped manage and produce multiple large-scale, multi-year projects. In 2019, I transitioned to a graphic designer, where I created designs for web, print, social media, brand development, and campaign presentations. I worked closely with the production manager to maintain relationships with vendors and see designs through to final production. I learned to be highly organized and detail-oriented, gaining core communication and interpersonal skills I continue to carry in every project.
